How We Work

Our Winch Repair Process

Fault Diagnosis
Our engineers inspect the winch mechanism, hydraulic circuit, braking system, and controls to identify the root cause of the malfunction.
Disassembly & Assessment
The winch is partially or fully disassembled to expose worn or damaged components for accurate assessment.
Component Repair or Replacement
Worn drums, brake linings, seals, bearings, and hydraulic components are repaired or replaced with certified parts.
Reassembly & Testing
The winch is reassembled to manufacturer specifications and tested under load to verify correct operation and safety.
Documentation
A maintenance report detailing work performed, parts replaced, and test results is delivered to the vessel owner or operator.
